Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rental agreement drafts generated instantly in the browser are not eligible for refund once downloaded, since no paid service has been rendered at that stage.

For paid add-ons (e-stamp, e-sign, printed copy, doorstep delivery, registration support):

• Cancellations before processing begins are eligible for a full refund.
• Once a physical stamp paper is purchased or a courier is dispatched, that portion becomes non-refundable.
